Fresh Fruit for a Tiny Waistline



There’s no greater diet destroyer than highly processed foods such as chips and cookies, which are high in calories and low in fiber. Most processed foods are simple carbs, which our body digests quickly but still leave us hungry. Processed foods also rev dopamine production, making us feel good and want to eat more, which leads to weight gain. Fresh food like fruit, on the other hand, is high in fiber, which has been proven to reduce hunger and food intake.
