Soy Help Gals fight off Cancer



Women who eat lots of soy-based food are 40 percent less likely to get certain cancers, says a new report I the International Journal of Obstetrics and Gynecology. Experts, who tracked the health of 169,000 women, believe it’s because soy contains compounds that act like estrogen to lower the risk of contracting ovarian and endometrial cancer. Soy milk, soy sauce, tofu and many vegetarian dishes all contain the health-giving bean.
