Grapes for Morning Sickness



If morning sickness makes even a glass of water send you running toward the bathroom, eat a bunch of grapes first thing in the morning. They are a great fluid replacer, but they don’t cause that queasy feeling, say prenatal nutrition specialist Miriam, R.D., Director of the National Morning Sickness Nutrition Clinic at Brigham and Women’s Hospital in Boston.
