Super Foods for Great Sex



What we eat can have a huge impact on how we perform. Here are foods that when eaten regularly can help our sex life into high gear.
Bananas: They are packed with a digestive enzyme called bromelain that can improve our sex drive. As a bonus, we will get also increased energy thanks to vitamin b and potassium.
Nuts: Load up on walnuts, peanuts, almonds and cashews. They are all loaded with L-Arginine, a key amino acid that can help us get and keep an erection. We will have more energy too.
Chocolate:  There’s a reason our wife loves chocolate. It’s great for stimulating sexual desire in both men and women. Be sure to check labels that they are not loaded with sugar.
Raw Oysters:  When it comes to natural aphrodisiacs, oysters are a true powerhouse. They will increase our desire and even our testosterone levels.
